Mark has nearly three decades of IT Service Management experience designing & implementing IT Service Management solutions, focusing primarily on processes, tools, and technologies within Service Management.
He holds an innovative track record in product strategy, execution, and new product development, with his latest role being Senior Product Manager at Flexera. Throughout his career, Mark has implemented IT Finance, ITSM, and ITIL guidance and has gained extensive knowledge of working in multi-national organizations working towards ITSM digital transformations.
Mark is also a contributing author of Implementing Service and Support Process: A Practical Guide (Van Haren Publishing) ,nd is a contributing author to ITIL 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (DITS) – a digital transformation guide. PDF released in September 2020 & Book October 2020, and a frequent Industry Speaker.
Mark was also the Sr Product Manager for HP Executive Scorecard/ ITBA – An IT scorecard that automatically aggregates information from IT and business tools across the enterprise to provide business IT analytics for IT.
