What-If scenario modeling best practices and recommendations

You have invested significant time and resources into building out a service costing process/model and it helps you run your financial accounting.  Now it is time for the next step.  This workshop will share use cases for “What If” modeling – from corporate strategy to M&A activities.   We will include case studies of how other companies have used this process to show bottom line and performance impacts for their companies.  You do not have to have a fully mature model to reap the benefits of what if modeling. We will give examples for all stages of the journey to maturity.
